By booking a rental with Pop Up Play Co., you agree to these terms and our rental policies.

Rental Agreement

You are responsible for the equipment during your rental period, including appropriate use, supervision, and return by the agreed time. A refundable security deposit is collected at checkout and returned after inspection, less any deductions for damage or missing pieces.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Rental fees and the security deposit are collected at checkout.

Cancellations

Cancellation and refund terms are outlined in our rental policies. Please review them before booking.

Liability

Pop Up Play Co. is not liable for injuries or damages arising from the use of rented equipment. Renters use the games at their own risk and agree to supervise guests appropriately.
